ADMIN.

My Job responsibilities includes to take care of all admitted patients as a physician and CMO and to synchronize all requirement of consultants and patients as well as administration.

Involved in All Clinical department’s Operations like Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy ( Main store, Retail Store, OT Store, Cath lab Store and General store), Emergency / Trauma Centre, OPD of various Disciplines like Orthopaedics, Dental, Cardiology, and Neurology, Health Check up, Cosmetic dept, Physiotherapy & Quality Management etc.

To direct, supervise and coordinate functions and activities of one or more hospital departments. 

 Involved in interpreting hospital and departmental policies, objectives and operational procedures through department heads.

 To attend meeting of professional civic and service organizations as a representative of the hospital.

 Scheduling of OPD slots and any other medical or paramedical services. Ensuring adequate coverage of staffing and any emergency problems.

 Developing SOP for various Departments. Hospital Audit report using quality tool of various Departments.  Skill & Competency Assessment of all the Staff.  Taken responsibility and ensure efficient and effective hospital operations working towards established, policies, objectives and targets.

 Initiatives taken for Quality assurance and control by monitoring, and evaluating various processes and making system and SOPs of departments.

 Handling some business development activities like branding and overall business of depts.

Highly involved in academics programmes like training of employees at intervals, Academic programmes in medical and other management twigs, various public awareness programmes related to healthcare etc.

 Empanelling with nursing homes and secondary hospitals for diagnostic facilities like radiology, pathology, health checkups, emergency, ICUs, Ambulance etc.

 Organizing CMEs, Health Talks, Camps, Conferences and seminars for nearby residents, employees and doctors.

Material Management, Inventory control by various tools and techniques and also involved in cost cutting methods applications.

Generation of Statistical Reports of various departmental procedures and revenue  generation out of them. Involved in marketing management of various departments and taken some initiatives also.  In Management of customer grievances & feedback.

 Documentation & Implementation of ISO 2000-9001 Standards. Executing plan by leading the HOD for monitoring standards and objective elements.

 Applied various tools like continuous training, mock Drills, Exams, FAQs.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 

Graduation              : M.D. Physician in Year 2000 from Crimea State Medical University, Simferopol, Ukraine (CIS).

Diploma                  : Diploma in Family Medicine in 2004 from R.C.G.P. (U.K.) At Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.

Post Graduation       : M.Phil. Hospital and Health System Management in 2009 from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani Rajasthan, India.

Ø  Working as Chief Medical Officer cum Medical administrator multi specialty Vrundavan Hospital & Research Center Mapusa, Goa, India.(August 2007)

Ø  Worked as ICU Incharge in a private multi-specialty Hospital (Jeewan Hospital & Nursing Home & Aashlok Hospital New Delhi).

Ø  Worked Locum as ICU Resident in a private multi-specialty Hospital (Orthonova Hospital New Delhi) from July 2005 to Dec 2007.

Ø  Worked as Junior Resident Doctor in Employees State Insurance Corporation Hospital New Delhi (A government of India hospital specially established to look after the medical and surgical problems of industrial workers). From February 2004 to June 2005. (Completion of tenure).

CLINICAL

Working in almost all specialties including General Medicine, Respiratory medicine, Cardiology all kind of primary & chronic diseases and, general OPD and IPD patients.

Ø  Worked as ICU Registrar and Incharge in private Hospital (Jeewan Hospital and Nursing Home New Delhi) involved looking after critically ill patients of various specialties. The job also involves training, guiding and explaining to Nurses, ward boys, junior doctors, also look after their attitude to the patients and relatives. To educate patient relative about disease and taking care of their patients.

Ø  Also experience in performing minor surgeries like Suturing, I & D, debridment of wounds, diabetic foot, Abscess, Close reduction, can assist in all surgeries, capable to work as anaethetist or assist in anaesthesia also.

Ø  Worked in Department of Paediatrics & Nursery for 6 months in E.S.I.C. hospital Basaidarapur, New Delhi, it also included running immunization program for neonates and children.

Ø  Managing all type of cardiac (like MI, LVF, Complete Heart Block etc), Respiratory Emergency, Neuro emergency like Stroke, paralysis, Alzheimer’s, Seizure disorder, GI Bleed etc.

Ø  Procedures like Temporary Pacemaker Insertion, Insertion of Dialysis catheters, C.V.P. lines (femoral, internal jugular, subclavian etc.) Arterial lines, peripheral venus access, spinal block, epidural block (both single & continuous epidural block by insertion of catheter ), combined spinal epidural block, caudal epidural block (both in paediatric &adult  patients, nasal intubation, L.M.A. insertion, intubation through fastrack (intubating LMA).

Ø  Experience in intensive care unit – Complete Medical management as Physician, use of mechanical ventilators & various multimonitors. Patient type includes post-operative, trauma, neurological, & patients with various medical critical illness, C.P.C.R. both basic & advanced cardiac life support, Pericardial Tapping (Continuous & Stat), Lever Biopsy.

Ø  Performing procedures like lumbar puncture, Ascietic, Pleural tap, Fine needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC).

Ø  Deeply involved in Medi-claim System National and International TPA’s like preauthorization, approval etc all related jobs.
